I have been reading science fiction and fantasy since I was old enough to walk in the woods and touch every stone hoping to find the one that was actually a doorway.  The day I realized that fantasy meant not real and that this applied to me as well, was a bad day.  It was far worse than the Santa Claus, Easter Bunny and Arbor Day Oak conversations.   It resonates with me in a way that is probably very unhealthy, but I own that.

I have been trying to get the hang of this writer thing for a couple of years now.  I have been learning, writing, and making the most magnificent mistakes.  I would call myself an aspiring author at this point, but we all start there don’t we?

I have co-authored a “children’s” book with my lovely wife Jessica MacLean.  That is in quotes because it is a picture book called “Saving Christmas, A Feel Good, Macabre Tale” and is only suitable for children in a Richard Gory sort of way.

I am working on four projects currently and I plan to self publish them.

Novel:  God’s Shuffle – Fantasy

Novel:  The Apocalypse Coven – Fiction
